- Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations.
- If negotiations fail, the dispute will be submitted to mediation in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
- If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Indian laws.
