Full Refund Eligible: If you decide to cancel before any work has begun on your project, you are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment, minus any payment processing fees.
Partial Refund: Once work has begun on your project, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:
Refund: 75% of total project cost
Deduction: 25% for initial research, planning, and setup
Refund: 50% of total project cost
Deduction: 50% for work completed, resources used
Refund: 25% of total project cost
Deduction: 75% for substantial work completed
Refund: Not eligible
Reason: Project near completion, all resources utilized
The following services cannot be cancelled once initiated:

If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeline without valid reason, you may request a full refund.
If the delivered product has significant bugs or technical issues that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (14 days).
If the final deliverable does not meet the agreed project scope and specifications outlined in the contract.
If we determine that we cannot complete the project due to technical or resource limitations, a full refund will be issued.

30 days of free bug fixes for any technical issues in the delivered product

Websites optimized for fast loading speeds and optimal performance
Basic security measures implemented in all web projects
Warranty Period: 30 days from project delivery for all technical issues related to our development work. Does not cover issues arising from third-party modifications, hosting problems, or user errors.
